Tekna Electrical Ltd was appointed to carry out the electrical installation for the commercial kitchen at 76 Upper Ground, London, delivering a high-quality, compliant and efficient electrical installation across the kitchen preparation suite, front of house café and rooftop plant equipment. The project involved the installation, connection, testing and commissioning of the electrical systems, adhering strictly to BS7671 regulations and contract specifications.

The project, running from November 2024 to January 2025, was completed in two phases: the kitchen’s electrical system installation and the rooftop and café electrical works. Key responsibilities included power connections, isolators, lighting circuits and cable containment systems, all tested and commissioned. Collaboration with key contractors such as Multiplex, Gratte Brothers and Beauchamp and Bird was essential to meeting evolving project demands.
