Electrical Installation at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge

Tekna Electrical was proud to deliver the full electrical installation for the refurbishment and remodelling of the Art Building at Anglia Ruskin University’s Cambridge Campus.

The project transformed former forensic laboratories into modern teaching spaces and high-tech media and design suites, providing state-of-the-art facilities for students and staff.

Working in a live university environment, our DBS-checked team ensured all works were safely segregated to minimise disruption, with student and staff safety always the priority.

We provided a complete design and build service, installing all new power, lighting, containment and emergency systems, ensuring everything met BS 7671 regulations and the university’s specific requirements.

The project was delivered on time and to a high standard, creating a future-ready teaching space with reliable, efficient electrical infrastructure at its core.
