EICR (Electrical Installation condition report) London

Our team completed a comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for a commercial building in Central London. With sweeping views across the city skyline, the setting was memorable but the priority was clear: ensuring the electrical infrastructure remained safe, compliant, and aligned with BS 7671 wiring regulations. 

To minimise disruption to the client’s operations, all work was carried out during out-of-hours shifts. This approach allowed our electricians to move efficiently through the building, completing a full inspection and testing of the fixed wiring systems. Every distribution board, final circuit, protective device, and earthing arrangement was assessed to determine the installation’s current condition. 

The inspection process included visual checks, insulation resistance testing, and verification of protective measures. The resulting report provided a clear overview of the system’s performance, with any issues coded according to regulatory standards (C1, C2, C3), and outlined the next steps for maintaining compliance. 

 The client now has a clear, certified record of their electrical installation’s health with no interruption to daily business.
