We also provide professional, reliable, and affordable PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) services to many businesses and organisations.
Tekna Electrical Ltd also serves commercial landlords and letting agencies, offering services such as landlord electrical safety checks, PAT testing of landlord appliances, and upgrading consumer units to comply with BS7671. Our City and Guilds 2391 Approved electricians ensure all inspections and tests certify installations are safe and compliant.
All electrical work is carried out in accordance with BS7671, with the appropriate reports or certificates issued. These include:
- Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC)
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
- Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate (MEIWC)
Both the EIC and EICR are issued with a Schedule of Inspections and a Schedule of Test Results, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance.
